Who we are

Kineto is a product of HexaHub Business Services ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, reach us through our contact form.

This website

  • Contact form. Your name, studio name, email, studio size and message are emailed to our team so we can reply. We don't add you to a mailing list.
  • Abuse protection. Your IP address and a hashed copy of your email are held in memory for up to an hour to stop spam and repeat submissions, then discarded.
  • Docs sign-in. Signing in to the docs sets one cookie that keeps you signed in.
  • Theme. Your light or dark choice is stored in your browser only.

This website runs no advertising or analytics trackers.

The Kineto app

Studios use Kineto to run their business. A studio enters details about its members and staff, such as names, contact details, memberships, attendance, payments it records and notes. The studio decides what to collect and why; we process that data on its behalf and only to provide Kineto, including the emails it sends for the studio, such as reminders and receipts.

If you are a member of a studio, contact the studio first about your data.

WhatsApp messaging

When a studio turns on WhatsApp messaging, messages are sent through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. The member's phone number and the message content are shared with Meta to deliver them, under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Studios must have their members' consent before messaging them.

Sharing

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run Kineto, such as hosting and email delivery, and where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep studio data while the studio's account is active. When an account closes, we keep its data for 12 months, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. A studio can ask us to delete it sooner; see data deletion for how.

Changes

We'll update this page if anything changes and show the date at the top.
