Data deletion

Studio members

Your studio controls your record in Kineto, so ask your studio first. If you can't reach them, send us your name, phone number and studio name through our contact form, and we'll pass the request to the studio and confirm once it's done.

Studios

Send a request through our contact form using your account's email address, with "Delete my data" in the message. We'll confirm the request, then delete your account and its data.

Website enquiries

To remove a message you sent us, use the contact form with the same email address.

We may keep some records where the law requires it, such as invoices. See our privacy policy for details.
