Wallets, tabs and one receipt for the lot

Members don’t only pay for memberships. They grab a shake on the way out, pay in advance for the month, or say they’ll settle up on Friday. Now that money has a proper place.

Wallet and tab

A member can pay money in advance into their wallet, and the Shop and Cafe take from it at checkout. For memberships and PT, staff choose when to use it, so nobody’s balance is spent by surprise.

Members can also put Shop and Cafe purchases on a tab and settle the lot later with Pay tab. You set how high a tab can go, and it changes colour as it gets close. The wallet and tab are in beta.

One payment, one receipt

When someone pays several bills at once, they get one receipt that lists them all, and one email.

A statement of what’s owed

Statement on a member’s profile shows everything they owe — memberships, PT, Shop and Cafe — ready to download or email.

PDFs instead of printing

Receipts, invoices, statements and pay statements download as PDFs, ready to save, send or print.
