Reports you can act on
A rebuilt Reports screen — growth, money, attendance and retention — where every number opens the list of members behind it, so a figure is the start of an action, not the end of it.
A rebuilt Reports screen — growth, money, attendance and retention — where every number opens the list of members behind it, so a figure is the start of an action, not the end of it.
A dashboard full of numbers is only useful if you can act on them. So we rebuilt Reports around one idea: every figure should open the people behind it. Click a tile and you get the actual members — names you can call, chase, or welcome back — not just a count.
The money side now answers the two questions owners actually ask. What am I earning? Monthly recurring revenue as of today, the revenue split across memberships, classes and personal training, and collection rate for the period. And what’s still to come? Invoices due in the next 7 and 30 days, and renewals on the horizon. Personal training even separates 1-to-1 from group, because a trainer hour is worth different amounts in each.
Retention got its own vitals. Average membership length and 90-day retention sit alongside a visit-frequency breakdown that sorts every active member into how often they really turn up — the bottom bands are your call list. Idle members, memberships expiring soon, and anyone frozen too long each get a table you can export. A weekly attendance heatmap shows exactly when your gym is busy, hour by hour, room by room.
For gyms running personal training, a trainer scoreboard tracks sessions, no-shows, clients, utilisation and revenue — sortable by any column. Every export carries the period, branch and window you’re looking at, so the CSV always matches the screen. Reports stays owner and manager only.
