Personal training is a business of its own inside most studios, and it’s now a first-class part of Kineto. Sell a session pack, choose the trainer, and the credits, scheduling and billing follow from there.
The appointments board is a day-grid — one column per trainer. Click an empty slot to book, drag a session to move it, and the classes a trainer is already teaching show as busy blocks so you can’t double-book them. Sell a pack with a weekly pattern and its sessions land on the calendar automatically; sell it "schedule later" and you can place the whole thing from a weekly pattern in one step when you’re ready.
It handles the real shapes of PT. A private 1:1, a group or semi-private session that shares one slot across several members, and — new — a remote online 1:1. Credits are spent at attendance, a no-show still counts, and a session can be marked complimentary with a reason. One consistent check-in gate covers the desk, the kiosk, the group roster and the appointments board, so "no pass" or "wrong trainer" always means the same thing wherever staff are standing.
Recurring monthly PT bills and renews itself, trainers can carry their own rate, and everything a trainer earns shows up in Reports. It’s the part of the studio that used to live in a separate diary — now it’s in one place with everything else.
