More control at the front desk

New desk tools that give staff room to work the way a real studio runs — undo a check-in, log a visit for the day it happened, set a payment’s real date, and end a membership at the end of the period paid for.

Front desks work at the pace of real life, and four new tools give staff the controls to match — for the moments a schedule rarely accounts for.

Undo a check-in straight from a member’s timeline: the visit clears from their record and from reports, any class credit it used comes back, and an unpaid drop-in charge it raised is removed. You can also log a visit for the day it actually happened — an owner or manager can record it up to a month back, and the same day can’t be entered twice.

Payments carry their real date, so cash that came in last week lands in the right week’s revenue. And ending a membership offers the choice that matters: end it now, or at the end of the period the member has already paid for — the end-of-period option stays reversible right up to the date, so paid days are never lost.

Each is a first-class action with its own record of who did it and why, on a money ledger that’s only ever added to — more room to run the desk your way, with a clear trail behind every move.
