A member can hold several plans at once, and each one is now listed and run on its own — its own status, price, credits and actions, with warnings when a new plan overlaps what they already have.
Plenty of members buy more than one thing: an unlimited monthly plus a boxing pack, a class plan alongside a few personal-training sessions. Every plan a member holds is now listed separately on their profile, each with its own status, price, credits and buttons.
That changes what staff can do. Freeze one plan without touching the others. Change, discount or end one on its own. Sell a second plan of any kind — "Add membership" now offers monthly plans, terms, packs and drop-ins, grouped by type so a drop-in no longer sits between two monthlies. When the plan you are selling overlaps one they already hold, Kineto says so before you commit and explains which way round the overlap runs, so nobody pays twice for the same access by accident.
You can also bring two plans onto one billing day: charge the part-period now, and from then on both bill together. For members on several plans at once, "Freeze all" and "Unfreeze all" sit at the top of the card — while a personal-training pack is never swept up by a membership freeze, so sessions already paid for stay theirs.
The desk benefits too. Checking someone in now names the plan that paid for the visit and what it has left — "Unlimited", or "Flex · 6 classes left" — and a member with one plan frozen still gets in on another that covers them.
