Every membership on its own terms

Plenty of members buy more than one thing: an unlimited monthly plus a boxing pack, a class plan alongside a few personal-training sessions. Every plan a member holds is listed separately on their profile, each with its own status, price, credits and buttons.

That changes what staff can do. Freeze one plan without touching the others. Change, discount or end one on its own — at the end of the period already paid for, or immediately — and a scheduled end can be called off with "Keep membership". Sell a second plan of any kind with "Add membership": monthly plans, terms, packs and drop-ins. When the plan you are selling overlaps one they already hold, Kineto says so before you commit and explains which way round the overlap runs, so nobody pays twice for the same access by accident.

You can also bring two plans onto one billing day with "Align billing to an existing cycle": charge the part-period now, and from then on both bill together. A start date entered wrongly can be put right with "Correct billing dates" without touching the money. For members on several plans at once, "Freeze all" and "Unfreeze all" sit at the top of the card — while a personal-training pack is never swept up by a membership freeze, so sessions already paid for stay theirs.

The desk benefits too. Checking someone in names the plan that paid for the visit and what it has left, and staff can choose which membership a visit comes off. A member with one plan frozen still gets in on another that covers them.
