A cafe of its own

Plenty of gyms have a counter that’s really a small cafe: shakes after class, coffee for parents waiting on the kids’ session. The Cafe gives it a home of its own, next to the Shop.

Set up your menu with sizes and extras like oat milk. Taking an order is quick: tap items from the menu, add a note like “no sugar”, put a name on the order and pick who it’s for. Walk-ins pay there and then, and members can pay from their wallet or put it on their tab.

The Cafe keeps its own receipts and reports, and can show its own business name if it trades under a different one.

Discounts and freebies

Each counter has its own discounts for staff to pick at the till. Giving something away is recorded too, so the free coffees show up in the report instead of quietly adding up.

Which part made money

Mark each expense as spent for the gym, the shop or the cafe, and Reports shows what each part of the business made. The Cafe is in beta.
